Jeff handled the kitchen renovation for our condo in San Francisco two years ago. We had a great experience working with him and his team. I had heard horror stories about contractors - going over budget, taking more time than estimated, etc., so we were nervous in working with one for the first time, but Jeff was great. He gave us a reasonable quote, and there were no surprises on sudden 'additional work' necessary. He went over everything with us carefully, and there were never
uncertainties or unanswered questions.

The backsplash we chose after he started working on the kitchen was small glass tiles, which were far more dificult to install than standard tiles, and it took a lot more time for him to finish than
initially planned, but he didn't charge us more for the work. He sourced the granite counter handler for us, who was also priced very reasonably, and did meticulous, great work. It's been two years, every part of the kitchen looks fantastic and we love it.

We'd absolutely work with him again. In fact, we have been considering doing some more renovation work on our home and Jeff was the first person we called :)

Jeff has done an excellent job. He and his crew are neat and tidy up everyday. This includes sweeping out the driveway etc. I have heard from others, that is a good sign about a contractor.

Jeff unvieled issues with our sub-flooring which he fixed and raised some additional joists underneath the house. If he did not identify this, we would have seen our floor cracking in about 1-2 years timeframe. That displayed integrity and good workmanship for me especially since I heard horror stories from a friend where this happened and she had to re-marble the whole area.

Jeff is always available on his cell phone (including weekends). If he does not pick up, he general responds within an hour or so. Plus, he does use email which is convenient for me to communicate with him.

If a design issue araises, he readily identifies it and reviews with you.
